Life Coaching combined with Holistic Counselling is a practice of assisting clients to determine and achieve personal goals, while also exploring psychological issues. A coach will use a variety of methods (mentoring, values assessment, behavior modification, behavior modeling, goal-setting) tailored to the client’s needs, to move through the process of setting and achieving goals.
It is a practical, forward-looking way to achieve clarity on what you don’t like about your life and what you can do about it. It’s also a powerful support system to keep you motivated and moving in the right direction. It provides an external perspective on your subjective experiences.
