There are a few things to always have to hand – the key to good preparation is to ensure you have the right ingredients.
SOME BASIC INGEDIENTS FOR THE KITCHEN CUPBOARD / FRIDGE.
· Ground Arrow root
· Balsamic vinegar
· RED and WHITE Wine vinegar
· Rice vinegar
· Hoi Sin Sauce
· Soy sauce
· Brown sugar OR Sucralose sweetener
· Tomato puree
· Lemon juice (or fresh lemons)
· Marigold Swiss Vegetable BOUILLON powder (Reduced salt).
· Paprika
· Ginger (or fresh root)
· Garlic (Dried granules or fresh cloves)
· Olive oil
· Mint (Dried or fresh)
· Basil (Dried or fresh)
· Thyme (Dried or fresh)
· Rosemary (Dried or fresh)
· Marjoram (Dried or fresh)
· Parsley (Dried or fresh)
· Black Pepper
· Worcestershire sauce
· Dessicated coconut
· Low fat natural yoghurt
